Friends and colleagues enjoyed the latest in our series of poignant and thought-provoking talks, this month with child psychologist Nigel Humphrey.
Nigel discussed the Adverse Child Experience (ACE) link with adulthood. There is a clear link with our experiences as children and our behaviours and outcomes as adults.
The more love, kindness, support and care we can bestow upon our children the greater the chances of them being happier, healthier and calm as adults.
