In late 2010 POS Interiors tendered and were awarded the contract to refurbish the newly acquired offices of Cenkos Channel Islands.  Located within the historic Market Buildings it includes a beautiful Baronial style main hall which is now the main dealing room.

The building has listed status which held up the planning approval processes and meant that the original 3 month lead time was reduced to 8 weeks.

POS were responsible for the interior layout design and the supply and fitting of partitioning, boardroom furniture, reception desk, stand alone office modules in the dealing room.

One of the biggest challenges was to address the acoustics within the offices, ensuring privacy and confidentiality in areas adjacent to the board and meeting rooms and also acoustic comfort in the main dealing room which is a 9 metre high room in which the hard surface areas produce a high level of reverberation which dealers can do without when closing large deals on the telephone.
