This unique project involved us manufacturing arguably Guernsey’s most stylish cocktail bar for a client’s private residence in Fort George.

Having instructed Create Ltd to design a unique bar for their home, Mr & Mrs Dutnall set POS the challenge to construct what would be the centrepiece for entertaining guests in their home La Corniche.


The unique design and use of high specification materials meant that the initial challenge for the architect and client was finding a contractor with the capability to undertake the works and bring the design and essential high quality of finish to fruition.


After approaching various other on-island contracts who could not manufacture to the required standard, create contacted POS who were able to demonstrate a strong pedigree in manufacturing complex designs to high standards.


The bar features a plethora of high quality materials including walnut veneer, black Corian, glass panelling and also houses integrated appliances such as the Quooker Fusion tap, glass washers and ice making machines. To compliment the design, a range of controllable LED lights were installed to create an added design feature.
